B.HOM Student Living in Urbana, IL is seeking a Leasing and Marketing Manager to lead the leasing and marketing strategy for the community, drive occupancy, revenue, and resident retention. You will oversee leasing execution, marketing initiatives, and team performance in alignment with company standards.

The role emphasizes campus engagement, relationship building with university departments, and coordinating housing fairs to attract students.
