B.HOM Student Living in Baton Rouge is seeking a Leasing and Marketing Manager to lead leasing and marketing for the community. You will drive occupancy, revenue, and resident retention through tours, sales calls, and effective marketing initiatives, ensuring a best-in-class tour experience.

This role partners with university programs, coordinates campus events, and develops the leasing team through coaching, training, and performance feedback.
