B.HOM Student Living is seeking a Leasing and Marketing Manager to lead a dynamic leasing and marketing strategy across our student housing community in Columbia, SC. You will drive occupancy, revenue, and resident retention while guiding a leasing team through tours, closings, and high-quality show experiences.

You will develop campus engagement plans, manage marketing channels, and partner with university groups to maximize traffic and conversions.

Qualifications

• Strong sales experience with leasing focus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing/social media platforms.
• Demonstrated leadership and team development skills.
• Ability to obtain required state leasing license within timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Lead leasing activities including tours, calls, and closings; achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Develop and execute weekly, monthly, and annual marketing plans; analyze market trends and campus data.
• Engage campus partners and coordinate housing fairs and events.
• Supervise and coach leasing team; schedule and performance feedback.
• Track leasing performance and prepare reports for strategy decisions.
• Ensure compliance with leasing procedures and regulations.
