American Landmark Apartments is seeking a Leasing Manager for The Pointe on Westshore, a 444-unit community in Tampa, FL. This full-time role focuses on lead generation, community marketing, and conducting tours for prospective residents.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing or sales is helpful but not required.
• Knowledge of RealPage/LRO and One-Site is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct apartment tours with prospective residents and explain lease terms.
• Complete leasing documents and collect rental deposits.
• Ensure model apartments are ready for showings and maintain property readiness.
• Develop and maintain resident retention programs and respond to resident requests and complaints.
• Support local and digital marketing efforts to generate leads and promote available units.
