Job summary

TLR Group is seeking a Leasing Consultant for RiverPointe Apartments in Tampa to coordinate marketing, leasing and renewal initiatives to hit occupancy and revenue goals.

You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, run credit and background checks, prepare lease packets, and ensure model units are presentable.

On-site work includes benefits such as paid vacation, birthday day off, holidays, and 401(k) with company match, plus growth opportunities and commissions on leases.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is required.
• Leasing experience is preferred; Certified Apartment Leasing Professional is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Property management software experience (Entrata) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform sales and leasing activities to reach leasing goals.
• Greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, screen credit/background checks, and prepare lease packages.
• Walk the property each morning to ensure model units meet standards.
• Monitor market/competitors to help the community stand out.
• Provide feedback to marketing/operations to improve processes.
• Collaborate with the property manager on resident retention initiatives.
• Follow up with leads per company policies to streamline leasing.
• Respond to resident concerns to assist with all issues.
