Job summary

You will direct the leasing team, optimize occupancy, set pricing and run incentives to drive traffic and leases, while coordinating with maintenance for property presentation and safety.

The role requires 1–2 years of property management or leasing experience; familiarity with Yardi Voyager, Rent Cafe or a CRM is preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct marketing, advertising and sales activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Oversee on-site traffic and ensure an inventory of ready apartments while monitoring leasing activity.
