Responsibilities

• Directs marketing, advertising and sales activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Oversees on-site traffic and ensures an adequate inventory of ready apartments.
• Develops pricing strategies, concessions and leasing incentives to boost traffic and leases.
• Supervises leasing team members, interviews, hires and trains staff.
• Reviews financial and operational reports to identify and address leasing performance issues.
