Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Manager to oversee leasing and marketing at the property, working closely with the Community Manager to set goals and develop a strategic plan to achieve occupancy.

The role leads the leasing team, implements marketing campaigns, audits files, handles resident relations, and ensures property appearance and timely maintenance, with competitive hourly pay and full-time benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred or 1 year housing industry experience.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee leasing and marketing at the property and set goals.
• Lead leasing team and achieve budgeted occupancy.
• Develop annual marketing plan and budget.
• Audit lease files for policy adherence.
• Resolve resident complaints and maintain satisfaction.
• Monitor staff training and compliance with company directives.
• Maintain property appearance and coordinate repairs.

Education

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Bachelor’s degree preferred

Housing industry experience (1 year)
