You will greet prospects, tour available units, close leases, and assist with the application process, while maintaining strong resident relations and accurate leasing data.

The position emphasizes high-energy, sales-driven service, market feedback, and collaboration with the property team.

• Respond to phone, email, and internet inquiries promptly.
• Assist prospects with the online application and leasing process.
• Maintain detailed and accurate prospect traffic and leasing data.
• Support resident retention through positive engagement and service.
