Responsibilities

• Lead leasing activities including tours, calls, and closing efforts.
• Drive occupancy, revenue, and resident retention through strategy and execution.
• Develop and implement weekly, monthly, and annual marketing plans.
• Build relationships with university departments and campus events.
• Hire, train, and coach leasing team; manage schedules and performance.
• Track leasing performance and prepare regular reports for decision-making.
