Edgewood Properties Inc. is seeking a Leasing & Marketing Consultant for Evergreen at Timber Glen in Mays Landing, NJ.

The role drives to meet leasing goals, builds strong relationships with residents and prospects, uses CRM daily, and develops marketing strategies to maintain high occupancy and property presentation. Candidates should have at least 1 year of leasing or sales experience, a high school diploma, and proficiency with CRM, RealPage, and social media advertising.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• 1+ years of experience in apartment leasing, marketing, or sales (required).
• Proficiency with CRM, Microsoft Office, RealPage Property Management software, and other relevant tools.
• Strong knowledge of marketing and social media platforms (e.g., Apartments.com, LinkedIn, Facebook/Meta, Instagram).
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet monthly leasing goals and contribute to occupancy targets.
• Follow up with leads using CRM; drive tours and applications.
• Develop and execute marketing plans to support occupancy and renewal goals.
• Manage social media marketing on at least two platforms to generate leads.
• Assist with leasing paperwork from application to move-in, including renewals.
• Provide high level customer service in a luxury property setting.
• Collaborate with maintenance and housekeeping to keep show units clean and presentable.
