Responsibilities

• Meet monthly leasing goals and contribute to occupancy targets.
• Use CRM to follow up with leads, track statuses, and drive tours and applications.
• Develop and execute marketing plans, including social media campaigns and lead events.
• Assist with leasing paperwork from application to move-in, including renewals.
