Job summary

RiseMe is seeking a Leasing Consultant at Corona del Rey Apartments in Corona, CA. This full-time admin-clerical role focuses on showing apartments, qualifying applicants, preparing leases, and supporting marketing to drive traffic.

Work with the Community Manager and Assistant Manager to facilitate leasing, maintain resident files, and assist in rent collection. Strong English, basic math, and MS Office skills are essential; a high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year in a customer service related field.
• High School education or equivalent with proficiency in verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Show rent ready apartments.
• Meet with prospective applicants.
• Effectively qualify prospective residents and verify applications.
• Prepare lease documents and related paperwork.
• Marketing and shopping the competition to drive traffic.
• Coordinate with Community Manager and Assistant Manager to facilitate leasing.
• Maintain resident files and timely paperwork.
• Record traffic and follow up with prospects within 24 hours.
