Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Basic math skills.
• Proficient in English (verbal and written).
• High school education or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Show rent-ready apartments.
• Meet with prospective applicants.
• Qualify prospective residents and verify applications.
• Prepare lease documents and related paperwork.
• Collaborate with Community Manager and Assistant Manager to facilitate leasing.
• Maintain complete resident files.
• Record traffic and follow up with prospects within 24 hours.
• Assist in rent collection and deposit processing.
• Keep leasing area clean and organized.
