Job summary

Whispering Pointe apartments is seeking a Leasing Manager to supervise leasing associates, drive occupancy, and boost resident retention through superb customer service and strategic marketing. Youll enforce leasing best practices and strengthen our brand and community experience.

Requirements include a HS diploma or GED (college degree preferred), sales experience, proficiency in MS Office and Excel, and familiarity with Yardi/MaxLeases a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
• Sales experience necessary
• Proficiency in MS Office and Excel; experience with Yardi and MaxLeases is a plus
• Strong communication skills with the ability to speak a second language being desirable
• Ability to solve problems and follow detailed instructions effectively

Responsibilities

• Lead and train the leasing team on KPG Best Practices and procedures
• Conduct daily leasing huddles to track performance and set marketing priorities
• Monitor accuracy in leasing data and ensure compliance with documentation requirements
• Lease apartments through multiple channels and provide excellent customer service
• Coordinate move ins and move outs for a seamless resident experience
• Manage lease negotiations renewals and assist with resident retention strategies
• Maintain excellent curb appeal and assist with rent collection and office organization

About the Role
