Job summary

TRG Management Company LLLP is seeking a Property Manager or Leasing Manager to oversee leasing and occupancy for a diverse portfolio across the Southeast. The role emphasizes delivering a high level of resident service and coordinating events to enhance community value.

The position requires coordinating with teams, driving resident satisfaction, and using performance metrics to optimize operations. The role is based in South Florida with opportunities for development and a strong retention

• Ensure achievement of the community’s leasing and occupancy goals.
• Represent the TRG brand by embodying our mission, vision, and values in resident programs and relations.
• Plan resident events and loyalty programs to add value and drive incremental revenue.
• Manage resident communication initiatives and share meaningful information.
• Monitor resident satisfaction and deliver exceptional service to customers and residents.
• Track key performance indicators for traffic, closings, applications, leases, move-ins/move-outs and renewals.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Ensures achievement of the community’s leasing and occupancy goals.
• Represent the TRG brand by embodying our mission, vision, and values – and infusing them into resident programs and relations Goes beyond expectations to make living at your community relaxed, easy, and unlike any other apartment experience.
• Plan resident events, activities, and loyalty programs that can help add value to your community and drive incremental revenue
• Manage resident communication initiatives, effectively identifying and sharing meaningful information
• Keep your finger on the pulse of resident satisfaction levels to make sure we are delivering exceptional service to our customers and residents.
• Update and monitor key performance indicators that measure traffic activity, closing ratios, application and leasing signing, resident satisfaction, move-ins/move-outs, and renewal rates, along with other key community metrics
• Research and help establish programs for each phase of the resident lifecycle — from application process to lease signing to renewal
• Maintain a database of proven best practices for resident experience programs
• Guide your team in the creation of meaningful resident experience programs by creating tactical plans and evaluating community performance
• Inspire your community colleagues to continually strengthen resident event strategies
• Partner with teams from other communities to deepen the company’s relationship with residents and achieve resident retention goals
• Serve as a go-to resource for residents and community teams
