Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support the EVP in developing annual leasing strategies to optimize occupancy.
• Spearhead proactive recruitment of tenants and maintain relationships.
• Lead negotiations for complex deals ensuring alignment with goals.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure readiness of commercial spaces.
• Maintain accurate prospect data within the CRM system.
