Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in multifamily leasing or property management.
• Ability to close leases and handle objections.

Responsibilities

• Oversee leasing from lead gen to lease signing.
• Conduct property tours and showcase units.
• Process applications and perform background/credit checks.
• Coordinate move-in/move-out and inspections.
• Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and events.
