Job summary

The Bainbridge Companies in Florida is seeking a dynamic Leasing Manager to oversee the leasing process, drive occupancy, and ensure resident satisfaction across our multifamily communities.

You will lead tours, respond to inquiries, coordinate applications and move-ins, and partner with marketing to attract residents. The role requires strong sales, customer service, and property management expertise, with availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or equivalent.
• Previous multifamily housing leasing or property management experience required.
• Strong sales skills with strong closing ability.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Yardi, Knock CRM or Soci; knowledge of fair housing laws.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the leasing process from lead generation to lease signing.
• Implement leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and meet goals.
• Conduct property tours and showcase units and amenities.
• Respond promptly to inquiries with detailed property information.
• Process applications, perform background and credit checks, ensure fair housing compliance.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop campaigns and events.
• Coordinate move-in/move-out procedures and inspections.
• Maintain positive resident relationships and address maintenance requests.
• Prepare leasing reports and maintain accurate occupancy and demographics data.
