Job summary

The Bainbridge Companies is seeking a dynamic Leasing Manager to oversee the leasing process, maximize occupancy, and ensure resident satisfaction across multifamily communities. You will lead tours, respond to inquiries, and coordinate move-ins with a strong focus on service and efficiency.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, proven sales ability, and proficiency with property management software (Yardi, Knock CRM, Soci) plus MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the leasing process from lead generation to lease signing.
• Implement leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and achieve goals.
• Conduct property tours and showcase units and amenities.
• Respond promptly to inquiries with detailed property information.
• Process applications, conduct background/credit checks, and ensure fair housing compliance.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop campaigns and events to attract residents.
• Coordinate move-in/move-out procedures and inspections.
• Build relationships with residents and address maintenance requests promptly.
• Prepare leasing reports and maintain accurate records.
