Responsibilities

• Supervise Leasing Consultants and assist with tours of apartments for prospective residents; run credit reports and prepare lease packets.
• Inspect apartments prior to showing and maintain logs of traffic and follow-up.
• Lease units and provide information to prospective residents by phone.
• Maintain a positive public relations attitude toward current and prospective residents.
• Keep Marketing Binders, Shopping reports and Outreach Marketing up to date.
• Meet weekly with Leasing Consultants to set goals and discuss pricing, specials, and concessions.
