Job summary

Horizon Realty Advisors is seeking a Leasing Manager in Phoenix to lead leasing operations, drive occupancy and revenue growth, and oversee marketing and outreach efforts to attract residents. You will supervise the leasing team, ensure excellent client service, and maintain Fair Housing compliance.

The role requires a strong track record in leasing and sales, 2-3 years in property management, and a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of property management or leasing experience required.
• Proven track record in sales and leasing performance required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and develop the Leasing Team, including monitoring performance on lead management and follow-up standards.
• Conduct leasing activities through phone, online, and in-person tours, matching prospects with appropriate apartment homes.
• Oversee the property's social media presence, digital marketing efforts, and outreach to local universities and student organizations.
• Perform regular audits of lease files and review marketing channels, pricing, and property management software for accuracy.
• Analyze market demographics, conduct weekly market surveys, and collaborate with the Property Manager on the property's marketing plan.
