Dream Live Prosper Communities is seeking a seasoned Leasing Manager to lead leasing performance at our Titusville community. You will supervise onsite staff, implement marketing strategies, and promote a high-touch resident experience to drive occupancy and retention.

Ideal candidates bring proven experience in multifamily leasing, strong leadership, knowledge of Fair Housing laws, and proficiency with property management software and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Leasing Manager or similar role in multifamily communities.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of Fair Housing laws and leasing regulations.
• Proficiency in property management software and MS Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments by promoting the resident lifestyle and the dream living experience.
• Develop and implement leasing strategies and marketing campaigns to attract residents.
• Prospect for new residents through outreach and cross-promotion within the neighborhood, local businesses, employers, social media, military personnel, and students.
• Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents, including scheduling appointments and follow-ups.
• Develop and maintain positive resident relations and promote retention through engagement activities.
• Address and resolve resident complaints professionally and promptly.
• Train, mentor, and motivate the leasing team to achieve goals.
• Manage leasing office operations, staff scheduling, and training.
• Oversee the application and screening process for prospective residents and ensure policy compliance.
• Prepare and maintain leasing records and generate regular leasing activity reports.
