Trinity Property Consultants in Tallahassee, FL is seeking a Leasing Manager to lead the leasing team, drive performance, enhance customer experience and steer marketing for our multifamily communities.

You will coach staff, oversee showings, pricing updates, applications, move-ins, and resident engagement while maintaining Trinity’s standards. This role calls for a proactive, sales-oriented leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years as a Leasing Consultant in multifamily housing.
• Minimum of 1 year in a supervisory, leasing leadership, marketing, or related role.
• High school diploma or equivalent; knowledge of Fair Housing laws.
• Experience with MS Office and social media; familiarity with Yardi, Entrata, EliseAI, and Celeriis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee leasing activities, follow-up, close deals with strong customer service.
• Show, lease, and welcome prospective residents.
• Coordinate pricing, unit availability, and marketing updates.
• Oversee rental applications and ensure adherence to Trinity standards.
• Develop and monitor marketing plans to maintain occupancy.
• Direct on-site and off-site marketing, outreach, and social media.
• Lead team development and provide ongoing coaching to achieve occupancy and sales goals.
