Job summary

Westminster/Kushner is seeking a Leasing Manager to supervise the leasing staff and implement approved leasing/marketing programs. You will be the main property representative to prospects, greeting them and presenting features, securing leases for qualified applicants.

Responsibilities include scheduling staff, training, auditing lead tracking, and ensuring fair housing compliance. Strong knowledge of Yardi and MS Office helps manage tours and leases efficiently.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or high school equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years in property management or related sales/customer service.
• Prev. management experience with at least 2 staff.
• Property management certifications desired.
• Must be able to walk stairs and meet physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise leasing staff and implement programs.
• Represent property to prospective residents and secure leases.
• Train and coach leasing professionals.
• Inspect tours, models, and show apartments for cleanliness.
• Greet prospects and present features/benefits of properties.
• Maintain resident relations and respond to maintenance needs.
