The position focuses on negotiating leases, maintaining leasing templates, and supporting investor reporting while ensuring show-ready spaces and timely turnover.

Qualifications

Active Real Estate Broker license required.
5+ years in real estate brokerage, leases, or landlord representation.
Strong negotiation and contract review skills required.
Proficient in financial data analysis for leasing performance.

Responsibilities

Lead new and renewal leases for multi-tenant portfolio.
Coordinate lease negotiations, documents, and execution.
Maintain tenant relationships to maximize occupancy and renewals.
Update space tracking software and prepare investor reporting.
Support space planning and tenant improvements with stakeholders.
