Job summary

Bisnow is seeking a Leasing Manager to execute leasing strategies across office, industrial, and retail spaces in California. You will manage business development, tenant and broker relationships, lease negotiations, market analysis, and lease administration while coordinating tenant improvements with cross-functional teams.

The role partners with Property Management, Legal, Marketing, and Asset Management to maximize occupancy and portfolio performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in business, marketing, or a related field.
1–5 years of commercial real estate or brokerage experience preferred.
Proficient in Excel and Word; ability to read and interpret documents and write routine reports.
Ability to calculate figures, discounts, interest, commissions, and percentages.
Active California Real Estate Salesperson or Broker License preferred.

Responsibilities

Direct leasing activity including daily cold calls, tours, and walk-ins to fill vacancies.
Prepare and review lease documents and draft LOIs; coordinate with in-house counsel.
Coordinate tenant improvements with architects and construction teams.
Work with Property Management to ensure rent rolls, lease requirements, and documentation are current.
Assist marketing with materials, listings, campaigns, photography, and floor plans.
