Job summary

Bisnow is seeking a Leasing Manager to drive occupancy and handle leasing strategy across a portfolio of office, industrial, and retail spaces in California. You will lead business development, tenant and broker relations, lease negotiations, market analysis, lease administration, and coordinate tenant improvements.

You will collaborate with Property Management, Legal, Marketing, Construction, and Asset Management to maximize occupancy and portfolio performance, while supporting marketing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business or marketing.
• 1-5 years of commercial real estate or brokerage experience.
• Proficient in Excel and Word; able to read/interpret documents and communicate with tenants.

Responsibilities

• Direct leasing activity: daily cold calls, tours, and handling walk-ins and inquiries.
• Prepare and review lease documents, draft LOIs, and coordinate with in-house counsel.
• Coordinate tenant improvements with architect, PM, and construction teams.
• Work with Property Manager to ensure rent rolls, lease terms, and docs are up to date.
• Assist marketing with materials, property websites, CoStar/LoopNet, photos, and campaigns.
