Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Manager for a Lease-Up community in Mission Valley, CA. The role requires weekend availability and a 9am-6pm schedule, with a focus on leasing, marketing, and occupancy targets.

The position includes leading the leasing team, managing resident relations, and driving revenue through pricing, concessions, and advertising strategies. A valid driver's license for on-site golf-cart duties is required.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of leasing manager experience required.
• Lease up experience required.
• Incumbents must have licenses and/or certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions.
• Incumbents must have valid driver’s license to drive a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Directs the community’s marketing, advertising and sales activities to reach revenue and occupancy goals.
• Develops short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy and traffic.
• Promotes the community using print and internet advertising strategies and reporting.
• Oversees leasing team, interviews and trains staff, and manages performance.
• Manages renewal program, communications, and move-out processes as needed.
• Responds promptly to resident/owner concerns and coordinates with stakeholders.
