Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking a Leasing Manager to lead leasing operations at our Phoenix community. You will coordinate daily leasing activities, oversee renewals, and drive strong resident relationships to maintain high occupancy.

The role requires at least 1 year in leasing, excellent communication, and the ability to supervise onsite staff. A high school diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred. Proficiency with MS Office is expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ year leasing experience or related property management role.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with a focus on customer service.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Able to multitask, meet deadlines, and work on weekends.
• Must be able to tour the community and climb stairs; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assign and process daily leasing paperwork and renewals.
• Audit lease files for accuracy and policy adherence.
• Implement lease renewal and resident retention programs.
• Handle resident relations, calls, requests and concerns.
• Analyze weekly leasing reports and occupancy trends.
• Develop and track marketing and advertising strategies for vacancies.
• Train and coach onsite staff to deliver excellent service.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Assign and proof all daily leasing paperwork.
• Audit and adhere to lease file policy with consistency.
• Responsible for implementing lease renewal and resident retention programs.
• Assist with resident relations, which includes taking resident phone calls, requests and concerns.
• Analyze weekly leasing reports and forecast occupancy trends.
• Manage and track marketing strategies, including advertising, promotions and publications.
• Review aged vacancies, market-ready apartments and models.
• Manage, train and counsel onsite staff effectively.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 year of related leasing experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required. Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to motivate and lead a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely and organized manner.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Must be able to tour the community with clients, which includes walking the property and climbing stairs.
• Driver's License required.
• This role may require you to obtain a state specific license or certification.
