Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company, based in Dallas, TX, is seeking a Leasing & Marketing Professional to join our national residential property team. You will manage the leasing process, greet prospective residents, provide tours, process applications and renewals, and coordinate with maintenance to ensure smooth move-ins.

The ideal candidate communicates clearly, delivers outstanding customer service, and stays organized with MS Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service focused and team player.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Able to tour community and climb stairs.
• This role MAY require a valid driver's license.
• This role may require you to obtain a state specific license or certification.

Responsibilities

• Manage leasing process and paperwork, and assist with move-ins.
• Greet clients, assess needs, provide tours.
• Process applications and lease documents.
• Respond to inquiries via in-person, phone, and email.
• Assist with weekly/monthly reports.
• Handle deposits and rent collection records.
• Provide excellent customer service with a friendly tone.
