Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company in Lewisville, TX, is seeking a Leasing Manager to lead leasing operations and drive resident satisfaction. You will manage daily leasing paperwork, renewals, and retention programs while coordinating with onsite staff and marketing efforts.

The role requires at least 1 year of leasing experience, strong communication, and the ability to train and supervise team members, with a flexible schedule including weekends.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of related leasing experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to motivate and lead a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely and organized manner.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Must be able to tour the community with clients (walking the property and stairs).
• Driver's License required.
• State license or certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assign and proof all daily leasing paperwork.
• Audit and adhere to lease file policy with consistency.
• Implement lease renewal and resident retention programs.
• Assist with resident relations and respond to calls and requests.
• Analyze weekly leasing reports and forecast occupancy trends.
• Manage marketing strategies, advertising, promotions, and publications.
• Review aged vacancies and market-ready apartments.
• Manage, train and counsel onsite staff.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
