Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent is required; college degree preferred.
• Ability to fluently read and write English.
• Accurately perform intermediate mathematical functions and use all on-site resident management software functions.
• No specific previous experience required, but leasing or sales experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and tour guests to showcase community advantages and make them feel at home.
• Manage the leasing process from paperwork to move-in for a smooth experience.
• Develop local and digital marketing efforts across socials and events.
• Provide best-in-class customer service to residents and guests, addressing needs promptly.
• Proactively reach out to prospects via calls, email, and events to generate tours.
• Assist with lease renewals and resident retention through relationship-building.
• Perform administrative duties like reporting, leasing files, and processing payments.
