Job summary

Weidner Apartment Homes seeks a seasoned Leasing Manager for our Anchorage community to drive occupancy and renewals, coach the leasing team, and deliver outstanding resident service. You will supervise tours, present model homes, and coordinate marketing and leasing activities to maintain market-ready homes.

Required: 3+ years in leasing with excellent customer service, prior management experience preferred, and proficiency with Yardi and Paycom.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in leasing with outstanding customer service.
• Prior management experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute daily.
• Clear directions in person, phone, email and text.
• Familiarity with Yardi and Paycom preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage marketing tour path and viewings; ensure rent-ready apartments and amenities.
• Manage responses to resident and prospective resident calls and emails daily.
• Tour prospects with energy and promote the Weidner experience.
• Process applications promptly and ensure timely lease decisions.
• Support monthly financial performance and budgeting for the community.
• Coordinate daily activities of the leasing team and supervise in absence of leadership.
