Job summary

Harbor Group Management is seeking a Leasing Specialist to drive occupancy at a multi-family community in Colorado. You will show apartments, qualify leads, process applications, and coordinate marketing and resident retention efforts.

You’ll support the Property Manager, maintain move-in readiness, and use Yardi/OneSite for records. Strong communication and organization are essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year leasing, sales, or customer service experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; property management software experience required.
• Experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram) preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; able to work independently.
• Weekend availability as required.
• Valid driver’s license for cart operation if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Show and lease apartments to prospective residents.
• Qualify leads, process applications, run background/credit checks.
• Ensure units are move-in ready and coordinate with maintenance.
• Prepare lease documents and move-in packages.
• Design and implement marketing plans to drive traffic and occupancy.
• Promote the community via Craigslist, Facebook, and email campaigns.
• Coordinate resident referrals and local outreach; participate in networking.
• Maintain records in property management software and update guest cards.
• Assist with rent collection and delinquent accounts; support admin tasks.
• Keep leasing office and tour path presentable and compliant with show standards.
