Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years as Assistant Manager in the apartment industry with strong leasing experience.
• Strong sales and leasing skills with a proven ability to close
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Professional demeanor, appearance, and work ethic
• Flexible schedule – some weekends are REQUIRED
• Social media or marketing content creation experience preferred
• Stable work history
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Candidates must live within a 20-mile radius or be willing to relocate

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments to maintain occupancy and revenue goals
• Manage rent collection, posting, and late notices
• Accept move out notices, service requests, and resident transfer requests
• Support managerial duties and daily operations
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and documentation
• Prepare reports and leasing documentation
• Assist in maintaining social media presence to increase visibility
• Coach and develop Leasing Agent to improve performance
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospective renters
• Collaborate with Property Manager and onsite team for community success
