Job summary

Greystar is seeking an experienced Leasing Manager in Glendale, CA to lead a leasing team and drive revenue, occupancy and client satisfaction at a large, multifamily community.

Responsibilities include directing marketing, pricing, concessions, and leasing incentives; supervising staff; processing leases; and analyzing reports to optimize performance. 3–5 years in leasing management are required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Leasing Manager experience.
• Prior multifamily leasing experience with demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leasing and sales background, team leadership, resident escalation management, customer service, lease-up/occupancy management, and leasing performance tracking.

Responsibilities

• Direct marketing, advertising and sales activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans, pricing, concessions and leasing incentives.
• Produce and analyze leasing reports using property management software to monitor results.
• Oversee on-site leasing team: interview, hire, train and manage performance.
• Handle lease documentation, move-in procedures and renewals.
• Review financial and traffic reports to identify issues and support solutions.
• Support lease renewals, manage communications for renewals and move-outs.
• Respond promptly to resident/owner concerns and coordinate with stakeholders.
