StoneCreek Communities in Wildwood, MO is seeking a results-driven leasing professional to manage day-to-day apartment showings, move-ins, and resident relations. You will drive occupancy and revenue through effective prospecting and timely follow-up, using CRM and market knowledge.

Join our team to coordinate with maintenance, support lease renewals, and ensure show units meet quality standards. This role requires weekend/evening availability on a rotating schedule and strong communication

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and leasing in multifamily housing or similar setting.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Familiarity with CRM/marketing tools and Fair Housing knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property tours, greet prospects, qualify leads and secure leases.
• Maintain knowledge of prices, comps, and market trends; drive occupancy.
• Coordinate with maintenance and leasing teams; follow up on leads within 24 hours.
• Process lease renewals, prepare documents, and ensure quality show units.
