Job summary

StoneCreek Communities is seeking a Property Manager in Omaha, NE to oversee daily operations of our multi-family community. You will manage maintenance, rent collection, and lease renewals while ensuring compliance with laws and company policies.

You will lead leasing, marketing, and staff supervision to achieve occupancy and revenue goals, with emphasis on resident satisfaction and retention. Long-term care for property assets is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership capabilities with team supervision.
• Ability to coach and develop staff and maintain high-performance standards.
• Experience addressing resident concerns and resolving conflicts professionally.
• Knowledge of budgeting, rent collection, and lease administration.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing laws and landlord-tenant regulations.
• Experience in leasing, marketing, and occupancy management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the community, including maintenance, rent collection, and lease renewals.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and company policies.
• Promote resident satisfaction and retention by responding to complaints and requests promptly.
• Respond professionally to resident surveys and online reviews in a timely manner.
• Inspect property and ensure safety, cleanliness, and appeal of buildings and amenities.
• Meet targeted revenues by setting rents and collecting fees on time.
• Control expenditures within approved budget parameters.
• Develop and implement marketing and leasing strategies to achieve occupancy goals.
• Maintain knowledge of market prices, property information, and comps.
• Develop resident retention programs and supervise staff.
