Job summary

SERHANT. is seeking an experienced on-site Leasing Manager to lead the lease-up of a 308-home rental building in Hoboken, NJ, over a 12-14 month program. The role focuses on maximizing $PSF through leasing, marketing and reporting, with weekend work as needed.

The base pay range in the United States is $115,000.00 - $135,000.00 USD per year, plus eligibility for additional bonus compensation. Medical, dental, vision insurance, PTO, holidays, retirement benefits and other company-sponsored

Qualifications

• 5+ years of on-site leasing experience in Hoboken, Jersey City or the greater NYC metro area.
• Proficiency with a CRM, Excel and other industry software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Availability to work some weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Execution of sales (leasing), marketing and reporting that achieve the highest $PSF and timely lease-up of the 308 homes being brought to market.
• Converting leads into showings by following up with all prospects, managing personal outreach and organizing events.
• Conducting informative and personalized tours of the apartments that result in new leases.
• Creating and delivering all leasing and prospect tracking, reporting and marketing initiatives to the developer.
• Participating in and leading weekly meetings with ownership on sales/leasing activity, marketing and comparable market overview.
• Working with the property management team to assist with applications, lease signings and coordinating move-ins.
• Managing and inspiring the Leasing Associates to assist with showings, communicating with prospects and professional growth.
• Building brand loyalty by ensuring that the entire experience is consistent with our core values.
• Generating awareness, interest and excitement via social media.

Compensation

Actual compensation within the pay range listed below will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location.

The national base pay range for this position within the United States is $115,000.00 - $135,000.00 USD. This role is also eligible for additional bonus compensation.

Your Location

This position is on-site eligible for candidates based in New Jersey. The role may include occasional work at additional SERHANT. offices or attendance at offsites, as agreed to with your manager. Candidates must live within the United States.
