SERHANT. is seeking an experienced on-site Senior Leasing Associate for the lease-up of a 308-home rental building in Hoboken, NJ. The role involves sales, leasing, marketing, and reporting to achieve the highest $PSF and timely occupancy.

Base pay ranges from $85,000 to $95,000 USD per year, with eligibility for additional bonus compensation. The position requires 5+ years of leasing experience in the NYC metro, strong CRM/Excel proficiency, and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of on-site leasing experience in Hoboken, Jersey City or the greater NYC metro area.

• Availability to work some weekends as required

Responsibilities

• Execute sales (leasing), marketing and reporting to achieve high $PSF and timely lease-up for 308 homes.
• Conduct informative and personalized tours to secure new leases.
• Convert leads into showings through outreach and events.
• Report to the Leasing Manager and coordinate with management.
• Collect documents for applications and process with the management company.
• Create leasing/prospect tracking and marketing reports for the developer.
• Attend weekly meetings with ownership on sales/leasing activity and market overview.
• Coordinate with property management on applications, lease signings and move-ins.
• Generate awareness and interest via social media and broker outreach.

About the Role

SERHANT. is looking for an experienced on-site Senior Leasing Associate for the lease-up of a 308-home rental building in Hoboken, NJ.

Responsibilities

• Execution of sales (leasing), marketing and reporting that achieve the highest $PSF and timely lease-up of the 308 homes being brought to market.
• Conducting informative and personalized tours of the apartments that result in new leases.
• Converting leads into showings by following up with all prospects, managing personal outreach and organizing events.
• Reporting to the Leasing Manager.
• Collecting all required documentation to aid with the application process.
• Processing applications with the management company.
• Creating and delivering all leasing and prospect tracking, reporting and marketing initiatives to the developer.
• Participating in weekly meetings with ownership on sales/leasing activity, marketing and comparable market overview.
• Working with the property management team to assist with applications, lease signings and coordinating move-ins.
• Generating awareness, interest and excitement via social media.
• Assisting with events and broker outreach.
• Assisting with traffic to the project through personal emails and outreach.

Compensation

Actual compensation within the pay range listed below will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location.

The national base pay range for this position within the United States is $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 USD. This role is also eligible for additional bonus compensation.

Your Location

This position is on-site eligible for candidates based in New Jersey. The role may include occasional work at additional SERHANT. offices or attendance at offsites, as agreed to with your manager. Candidates must live within the United States.
