Job summary

Clear Investment Group is seeking a Leasing Manager in Euclid, OH to lead leasing operations and act as the primary representative of our community. You will manage the full leasing cycle, mentor junior staff, and drive occupancy and retention initiatives.

The role requires a proven leasing track record, strong communication, and the ability to deliver a positive resident experience in a fast-paced environment. On-site, full-time, with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leasing or direct sales experience.
• Experience in residential property management preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding leasing and sales goals.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and customer service abilities.
• Professional, energetic, and personable presence.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Yardi or similar CRM experience is a plus.
• Ability to work weekends and flexible weekday hours as needed.
• Ability to tour units, walk the property, and lift up to 25 lbs.
• High school diploma; college coursework in business, marketing, or real estate is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full leasing cycle from lead generation to move-in.
• Consistently meet or exceed leasing goals and occupancy targets.
• Lead tours and present units and amenities to prospects.
• Review, approve, and process applications and leases per Fair Housing.
• Maintain knowledge of availability, pricing, and market conditions.
• Train and guide junior leasing agents for strong performance.
• Assist with marketing strategy, social media, and community outreach.
• Maintain listings across advertising platforms (Zillow, Apartments.com, RentCafe).
• Support events to enhance engagement and retention.
• Track performance metrics and recommend improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Leasing & Sales Leadership

• Manage the full leasing cycle from lead generation to move-in

• Consistently meet or exceed leasing goals, occupancy targets, and lead conversion metrics

• Lead tours and deliver compelling presentations ofavailable unitsand amenities

• Review, approve, and process applications and lease agreementsin accordance withFair Housing guidelines

• Maintain detailed knowledge of property availability, pricing, and market conditions

• Train, guide, and support junior leasing agents to ensurestrong performanceand cohesive team execution

Marketing, Outreach & Brand Presence

• Assistwith marketing strategy, social media presence, and community outreach initiatives

• Maintainaccuratelistings across advertising platforms (Zillow, Apartments.com,RentCafe, etc.)

• Support and lead resident and community events to enhance engagement and retention

• Track performance metrics and contribute recommendations to improve lead generation and visibility

Customer Experience & Retention

• Serve as a primary point of contact for prospective and existing residents

• Resolve resident concerns professionally and in coordination with management

• Lead renewal conversations and retention strategies tomaintainstrong occupancy

• Participate in resident satisfaction initiatives and follow-up touchpoints

Operational Collaboration

• Ensure model units,common areas, and leasing officeare tour-ready at all times

• Coordinate with the Property Manager and maintenance team to ensuretimelyunit turns

• Accurately enter andmaintainall data within Yardi or applicable CRM systems

• Support property-level reporting and operational planning

Requirements & Qualifications
