About the role

• The Leasing Manager serves as a vital source of market knowledge and strategy for both the Granite management and leasing staff, while serving as the face of Granite by representing the organization with humility, integrity, and accountability. The Leasing Manager is a point of contact for management and tenants, both prospective and current.

What you'll do

• Highly knowledgeable of Granite-managed properties, including property locations, attributes, and amenities.
• Actively provide feedback, market knowledge, input, and recommendations concerning leasing and pricing strategy across each property.
• Guide and support leasing staff using market expertise, experience, and understanding.
• Familiar with the roles and responsibilities of Granite staff and departments to better serve tenants and external stakeholders.
• Schedule and facilitate property visits and showings to secure new leases.
• Prepare and present new and renewal leases to prospective and current tenants, answering questions regarding the lease and property.
• Process and complete lease and other internal documentation.
• Maintain assigned company vehicle in a safe and clean condition, if applicable.
• Work overtime during high-volume periods as needed.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
