Description

• You will work full-time, generally on the busiest days of the week, including Fridays and Saturdays weekly (and at least one Sunday a month) and on Holidays, during peak business hours, including at least one closing shift weekly.
• In addition to a competitive hourly rate, this position is eligible to earn commissions. Based on property performance, commissions range from $25.00 to $100.00 per new move-in and are paid monthly in arrears.
• During high-traffic holiday periods, the position is scheduled according to Company standards; the supervisor must approve schedules.
• We offer many benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance options. The company provides auto-enrollment in its 401(k) plan after 60 days of employment. New employees accrue 40 vacation hours in the first year and earn paid sick leave per state requirements. Eligible employees also receive holiday pay or paid holidays for six holidays each year.

Responsibilities

As a Leasing Manager, you are responsible for the success of the property's daily leasing activities. You will work with on-site and regional management to achieve leasing goals, supervise a small leasing team, and ensure excellent service to residents. Your hands-on approach includes greeting and touring prospects, processing applications, and supporting move-ins to create a seamless experience. You will also handle lease renewals and foster positive relationships with residents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; degree preferred.
• At least 2 years of residential property management experience with leasing or sales; 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Strong sales skills, excellent communication, organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain punctuality.

Physical Requirements

• Must work on peak days, including Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays as needed, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds, move around the property, and perform duties in various weather conditions.
