Qualifications

• High School or GED equivalent.
• One year of customer service experience, sales and/or apartment leasing is preferred but not required.
• A CALP accreditation is a plus.
• Valid Driver's License is required.

Responsibilities

• Create exceptional first impressions during tours and inquiries.
• Drive leasing success through follow-up and relationship-building.
• Foster resident relationships through events and community engagement.
• Build brand and community awareness via marketing and outreach.
