• A Certified Apartment Leasing Professional Accreditation (CALP) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct personalized apartment tours that highlight the lifestyle and value of the community.
• Respond to phone, email, and web inquiries promptly and thoroughly.
• Convert leads to leases through follow-up and relationship-building; complete leasing applications and move-in paperwork accurately.
