Qualifications

• One year of customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in apartment leasing is preferred but not required.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• A CALP accreditation is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents warmly and professionally.
• Conduct personalized apartment tours highlighting lifestyle and value.
• Respond to phone, email, and web inquiries promptly.
• Convert leads to leases through follow-up and relationship-building.
• Complete leasing applications, verifications, and move-in paperwork.
• Contribute to occupancy and renewal goals.
• Coordinate and attend resident events and engage with residents.
• Answer questions with empathy and efficiency.
• Keep office and common areas clean and welcoming.
• Assist marketing through social media and local outreach.
• Stay informed on local market trends and competitors.
