Hawthorne is seeking a Leasing Consultant to be the face of the community, delivering standout experiences and building meaningful connections with prospects and residents. You’ll lead apartment tours, respond to inquiries, and support events to keep the community welcoming and vibrant.

Ideal candidates have a customer-service mindset, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn Hawthorne’s Live It culture, processes, and standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year customer service or sales experience preferred but not required.
• Valid Driver’s License; CALP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents with warmth and professionalism.
• Conduct personalized apartment tours highlighting lifestyle and value.
• Respond to inquiries by phone, email, and web promptly and thoroughly.
• Convert leads to leases through follow-up and relationship-building.
• Assist in resident events and community engagement activities, and maintain a welcoming office.
