You will help drive occupancy and contribute to a welcoming, service‑oriented environment.

The role emphasizes creating standout experiences for prospects and residents, promoting Hawthorne's Live It culture, and supporting events and activities to enhance the community vibe.

Qualifications

• Education: High School or GED equivalent.
• Experience: One year of customer service experience, sales and/or apartment leasing is preferred but not required.
• Licenses & Certifications: Valid Driver's License; CALP accreditation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents with warmth and professionalism.
• Conduct personalized apartment tours highlighting the lifestyle and value of the community.
• Respond to phone, email, and web inquiries promptly and thoroughly.
• Convert leads to leases through follow-up, relationship-building, and understanding resident needs.
• Complete leasing applications, verifications, and new move-in paperwork accurately.
• Contribute to community occupancy and renewal goals.
