Hawthorne is seeking a Leasing Consultant to be the face of our communities, delivering welcoming experiences and building lasting connections with prospective residents. You will lead engaging apartment tours, respond to inquiries, and contribute to occupancy and renewal goals.

A positive attitude, clear communication, and a service-first mindset are essential. Role includes coordinating resident events, promoting the property, and leveraging our Live It culture.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• One year of customer service experience, sales and/or apartment leasing is preferred but not required.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• CALP accreditation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents with warmth and professionalism.
• Conduct personalized apartment tours highlighting lifestyle and value.
• Respond to phone, email, and web inquiries promptly and thoroughly.
• Convert leads to leases through follow-up and relationship-building.
• Complete leasing applications, verifications, and new move-in paperwork accurately.
• Coordinate and attend resident events and community engagement initiatives.
